Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all authenticity certificates and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item for its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
